- Misrepresent vehicle condition, ownership, or legal status
- Engage in scams, phishing, or identity theft
- Post counterfeit or stolen vehicle documentation
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent security measures
- Engage in money laundering or illegal transactions
- Use automated bots or scraping tools to collect data
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
- Manipulate ratings, reviews, or seller verification status
5. Seller Responsibilities and Verification
- All sellers must provide valid government-issued ID and vehicle ownership documentation
- Vehicle information must match official registration and title documents
- All images must be of the actual vehicle being sold, not stock photos
- Sellers warrant that they have legal right to sell the vehicle
- Sellers must disclose all known defects, accidents, or issues with the vehicle
- Prices must be reasonable and not significantly inflated
- Sellers agree to respond to inquiries within 24 hours or risk listing suspension
- False listings will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action
6. Buyer Protection
- Buyers are encouraged to inspect vehicles before purchase
- Buyers should verify seller identity and dealer status before payment
- iCarValue provides a dispute resolution process for transaction issues
- Buyers can report suspicious listings and sellers through our reporting system
- We monitor all transactions for fraud indicators
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of transaction
7. Payment and Financial Transactions
- All payments should be made through verified payment methods only
- iCarValue does not hold or transfer funds directly
- Do NOT send payment before verifying seller identity
- Do NOT send wire transfers to anonymous accounts
- Use verified escrow services for large transactions when possible
- iCarValue is not responsible for payment disputes between users
- Transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days
8. Fraud Detection and Prevention
iCarValue employs multiple security measures including:
- Automated fraud detection algorithms that flag suspicious listings and activity
- Identity verification and Government ID validation for all sellers
- Vehicle document verification (registration, insurance, inspection reports)
- Geolocation and IP address monitoring to detect multiple account abuse
- Price anomaly detection to flag unrealistic listings
- Image verification to detect stock photos or reused images
- Behavior pattern analysis to identify known scam tactics
- Real-time rating and reputation monitoring
- User reporting and community trust systems
- AI-powered message scanning for common scam language
9. Reporting and Dispute Resolution
- Users can report suspicious listings through the in-app reporting feature
- Reports are reviewed within 24 hours by our trust and safety team
- iCarValue will investigate claims of fraud or misrepresentation
- Verified fraudulent listings will be removed immediately
- Repeat offenders will be permanently banned from the platform
- Users may request mediation for transaction disputes
- Mediation is binding and final unless legal action is required
10. Suspension and Termination
- iCarValue may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice
- Accounts with fraud indicators will be immediately frozen
- Users may appeal termination within 14 days by contacting support
- Funds associated with fraudulent accounts may be seized
- Multiple violations may result in permanent ban and legal referral
11. Limitation of Liability
The materials on iCarValue are provided on an 'as-is' basis. iCarValue makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, iCarValue does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
12. Limitations on Liability
In no event shall iCarValue or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on iCarValue, even if iCarValue or a representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on iCarValue could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. iCarValue will not be responsible for any errors or omissions that may appear on its website.
